Rules for the Clan Hunters
Joining
Everyone is welcome to join (nationality, religion, etc does not matter when you play an online game that is supposed to be fun for everyone), you do not need a lifetime membership on STO to join us. It does not cost anything to join us and you will never be asked for a membership fee to stay in the Fleet, we accept all game levels and skill levels.
Play Styles
The Clan Hunters does not have any rules or preferences when it comes to playing PVE, PVP, RP etc this is up to the individuals play style.
Teams
When creating a group for a mission, PVP, RP etc, we should not exclude lower ranks/or less known faces from the groups, we want everyone to have a good time, not just a core of people always teaming up (unless you have to be a certain rank to do the mission i.e. infected). This is best solved by voicing your need for team mates on the Fleet chat and inviting the first persons that respond. If more people than a full team want to participate, create a second group etc.
Once a team is set up, do not kick a person from the team (because your "best buddy" showed up, etc) ask if anyone is interested in leaving the team, if not, leave the team yourself.
- Loot options should be set to need or greed, need on items you need, and greed on items you don't need.
Behaviour
We will not tolerate any:
- Negative behaviour, in the Fleet like talking down to someone or making fun of or talking bad about individuals, countries, other Fleets.
- Sexual harassment, this is only allowed towards Nikita
- Bad Sportsmanship, rubbing victories in the face of defeated fleets or persons, or bad excuses when we loose are not tolerated, a GG comment is encouraged.
Ventrilo
Use of Ventrilo is encouraged but not mandatory, if a person cant or does not want to use it, then they don't have to use it.
Fleet Bank
The bank is open for everyone no matter what rank, there are limitations to how many items you can remove from the bank depending on your rank, the bank is there to enhance everyone's experience to make the game more enjoyable.
Depositing items into the bank is not required but with so many drops and credit being fairly easy to come by everyone is encouraged to use this for everyone’s benefits.
The credit deposited to the bank will be used to buy more bank slots so that more items can be stored (each bank tab costs 1.233 mill credits).
If we see in the logs that you are removing an unusual high amount of items from the Fleet Bank (obviously stealing) you will be banned from the Fleet. If there are items you want but cant take out just ask about it we don't bite.
Rule Breaking
Breaking any of these rules will result in a warning then and there, if it is not addressed right away but brought to light later the person will be demoted to Ensign.
If the unwanted behaviour does not stop, or if it is not rectified, the person will be kicked and banned from the Clan Hunters, a record of the incident and the name of the person will be kept on a hidden part of the forum.
Fleet Issues
All members of the Fleet has a say in what goes on in the Fleet. Major changes like Promoting someone to a High Command position is voted on by all Members and then accepted by the current High Command. Major changes to the Fleet or Events is based on a majority rule, issues or questions will be set up in the forum for everyone to vote on if no one objects the event will happen.
Ranks
Ranks of the Fleet are not a reflection of the rank in the game or game skills, a high rank in the Fleet will usually reflect the amount of involvement that person has in the fleet etc...
- For example if they are helpful to others, use the forums often, are moderators of the forums, recruit, are social, set up events, etc they will gain a higher rank in the Fleet.

I've read and understand all the rules, except one.....
I need clarification on the sexual harassment of Nikita..
Is there a seminar I can take on how to harass properly? _________________ "From hell's heart, I stab at thee. For hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee."
read and understood. would request that teh blue text changed to a different shade of blue. that blue is hard to read on the screen. maybe something lighter would work
[quote="Taalen"]Whew... no rules regarding the use and abuse of tribbles? I was worried for a sec.[/qu
Welcome haha poor tribble _________________

http://profil
This act may be performed only by JamesNT. Any other member caught groping, touching, suggestively talking, or otherwise trying to hit on Nikita will be banned from Clanhunters and the game.
I need to add something to the rules about rule breaking:
If you have been promoted but find that you have been demoted to Ensign one day you probably broke one of our rules...
You better find a HC member and find out what you did wrong, so you can stop the behaviour, or you might risk being kicked and banned from the Fleet...
If you break several rules, or break a rule more then a couple of times, and we find out about it, you get kicked and banned on the spot.
Good thing brown-nosing isn't against the rules or is that covered under sexual harassment?
I accept all forms of harassment and name calling BTW.
I have no idea how to tell what rank I am so if I break a rule someone needs to say hey dumbass you broke a rule stop it. _________________ Marto - Fed Mar' To - Kling
BTW Marto you can see your rank and everyone else's by opening up the fleet window there is a link to it on the arrow below your mini-map, the one that has your mail and c-store etc. listed
